How long does a wash take?
Most washes take around 10-15 minutes, depending on your dog's size and coat.
How much does it cost?
A prepaid wash credit costs £10 and can be used when the first Bingo Dog Wash location opens.
Do I need to book?
The physical wash location is not open yet. You can buy a £10 wash credit now and use it once the first location opens. We will share opening and availability updates before visits begin.
Can I use my own shampoo?
Yes, you can bring suitable dog shampoo. Bingo Dog Wash products are also available online.
Can I buy products online?
Yes. The shop includes dog shampoo, grooming products, treats, toys, accessories and selected supplier products.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Online product orders can link through trusted suppliers and external checkout options where available.
